Celebrating Judo and Nordic Walking Medalists at Morningside College

In August 2026, Morningsider Dulatkhan Janisbekov competed against athletes from the Guangdong Province, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan at the Judo Invitational Tournament of Four Regions Across the Straits 2026 in Guangzhou and earned a bronze medal.

Earlier in the year, in February 2026, three Morningsiders, Chloe Wan, Tricia Leung, and Arvin Pong, together with their CUHK teammates, brought home one gold, two silver, and two bronze medals at the North District Walking Experience Competition (Tertiary Division).

Their successes demonstrate their commitment to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle and the spirit of resilience, collaboration and teamwork that embodies the Morningside community. Congratulations to Khan, Chloe, Tricia and Arvin on their outstanding achievements.  We are very proud of their accomplishments and wish them continued success in future competitions.
