President of The Starr Foundation visits Morningside

On Friday 10 July, Morningside welcomed the President of The Starr Foundation, Ms Florence Davis (photo, 4^th from left), to campus. Ms Davis shared lunch with members of the University community, and was given a tour of the College, with a focus on the Maurice R. Greenberg Building, named for the Chairman of the Board of The Starr Foundation, Mr Maurice R. “Hank” Greenberg. Education has long been a funding priority of the Foundation, and Morningside is especially grateful for the generosity of Mr Greenberg, Ms Davis, and The Starr Foundation. We hope they will visit us often in the years to come.
