On Wednesday, 22 November, students got together with the College’s Fellows and staff at Morningside to celebrate their recent achievements. 71 students made it onto this year’s Master’s List, with GPAs of 3.50 or above. 6 students received exchange scholarships, 71 students won new and renewed admissions scholarships, and 34 students achieved other academic awards. Recent graduate Anna Buelow Fuglsang (Government and Public Administration) was awarded the Morningside College Grand Award for exceptional contributions to the community, especially in her leadership of the Student Union during Covid-19, her implementation of a new recycling program at the College, and the planning of a sailing course for students. The Master of Ceremonies was Islam Zhandaliyev, a Year 3 Law student.
