Drum Jam: Students Play To "The Rhythm of Success"

At Morningside we’ve learned the best way to take advantage of all the energy that comes with a fresh school year is to make some music! Kumi Masunaga, founder of Rhythm of Life Co., returned to Morningside for her sixth time Tuesday night to lead students in a one-of-a-kind interactive rhythm program. Following Kumi’s direction, students played percussion instruments and sang along to a song about their success at Morningside. However, the height of the entertainment was at the closing of the programme when Kumi’s assistant Pitchu selected some brave students from the audience to join him on stage to dance to the beat!
