Fifth Peer Mentoring Programme Finishes a Successful Semester

On 22 November, students gathered with College member Dr. Yvonne Loong and the Associate Master Prof Ann Huss to celebrate the conclusion of another successful Peer Mentoring Programme. This year’s programme was the largest with 16 Peer Mentors and close to 50 mentees. Mentors receive weekly training at the Independent Learning Center (ILC) and meet regularly with their first-year mentees to provide guidance and support. This is the fifth year Dr. Loong has directed the programme, which has contributed greatly to community building at Morningside. Our gratitude to Dr. Loong and the dedicated Peer Mentors for strengthening the bonds that make Morningside such a special place.
