Photo Day for Class of 2025!
01April2025
On Friday 28 March, Morningside’s graduating class assembled in the dining hall to commemorate the end of their undergraduate studies alongside friends, fellows, the Student Union, and college leadership. The ceremony, which took place indoors due to rainy weather, was an intimate gathering filled with smiles and laughter. College Master Professor Nick Rawlins delivered an address to the graduating class and reminded them that this was not goodbye but ‘au revoir’—until we meet again. Student representative Pearl Pisutsin then took to the podium and delivered a heartfelt speech to his graduating class, recounting some of the memorable moments they collectively experienced, and urged his peers to always make time for their passions even as they enter the job market. Afterwards, five students joined Professor Rawlins to cut the ceremonial roast suckling pig. Attendees then enjoyed the tea reception organized by the Student Union and continued to take photos with friends and fellow classmates.
The Master of Ceremonies was Student Union President Aiym Sapar, a Year 1 student in the Integrated Bachelor of Business Administration programme.
