Morningsiders Learn about Labour Standards and Food Ethics through Chocolate


On 16 November 2021, Morningsiders participated in a chocolate tasting workshop with Cacao HK, a chocolate business in Hong Kong that specialises in creating "guilt-free" chocolate. Students tried a variety of chocolates and learned more about how the chocolate industry. They listened to a presentation on how chocolate is produced, considering the ethical, environmental, and labor-related issues within the industry.
