Peer Mentoring Programme

On Tuesday, 18 November, Morningside students who participated in the ILC Peer Mentoring Programme gathered for a celebration. Upperclassmen were paired with first-year students to provide their wisdom and advice in navigating the transition into university. Mentors Minudhi Fernando (Business), Hu Yueyun (Law), Frankie Liu (Information Engineering), Chloe Wan (Medicine), and Derek Wong (Biomedical Sciences) participated in extensive training and regularly met with first-year students. Sharon Wong from ILC and Dean of Students Colin Graham congratulated mentors and mentees on their accomplishments. Current Morningside students in Year 2 and 3 interested in being a mentor next year should contact the general education team at gemc@cuhk.edu.hk.
